This movie is about a scientist who successfully puts a virus into a bullet and sells it to the Japaneese. Then, when Americans are exporting goods to Europe, the Japaneese fire at the Americans. The president hears about this and declares war. A very action-packed movie. In fact, it was so good that it made movie of the week on Midee Movies, Mickazee's House, and Horror 5 Productions when it was released. This was a very successful movie of mine. I highly suggest you download it right away.
